If you are looking for a cafe with warm and welcoming colors, Sunburst Cafe is a great place to try. Sunburst Cafe is a family owned and operated cafe with a Costa Rican theme. There is a large menu with a wide variety of different coffees and foods. The foods served there include homemade pancakes, such as blueberry and buttermilk pancakes, and sandwiches. The menu includes vegan items, so anyone can have them. There is a breakfast and lunch menu with a bunch of tasty food and drinks. I recommend trying the Mocha Latte, it was delicious. They don’t only have Mocha, they have other options such as Caramel, Vanilla, and more. The cozy atmosphere makes the whole visit memorable. Sunburst Cafe is a part of the Blue Zones project, a community-conscious project helping make healthy restaurant choices easier for people in Southwest Florida. There is even a dog-friendly patio on the outside of the cafe. DoorDash and other online ordering sites are available. They are open daily from 7am-2pm and located on Pine Ridge near Target and Publix.
