The homecoming dance, which was on October 5th 2024, was one of the most exciting events that I’ve seen at Neumann. There was a range of music that the students got to pick out on a survey, and plenty of photo opportunities at the photo booth provided. The photo booth was an amazing addition and a great way to remember the night. I couldn’t recognize the SLC when I walked in because lights came from all around the SLC and it was beautiful.

Homecoming night made me feel connected to all of my friends and classmates. Some of the concessions they had were pocky sticks, which are my favorite, cookies, brownies,  Capri-Sun, and other delicious foods. The week after homecoming we didn’t have school due to Hurricane Milton, though, the week before homecoming we had many exciting activities and themed dress-down-days. The themes included Sweet Dreams, Disney vs. Marvel, and American Day. After classes every day, we had a fun assembly with the whole school.
