If lying on the beach and sun tanning is not your ideal vacation, and you enjoy sightseeing and walking, then you should take a trip to New York City!

If you’re looking for a place where you can sightsee and eat amazing food, then New York is the place to be. New York is home to some of the most amazing museums, like The Metropolitan Museum of Art, which is number one on the most toured museums in NYC. To visit the Met is not too expensive, depending how many people tag along with you. It’s thirty dollars for adults, twenty two dollars for seniors, and seventeen dollars if you’re a student, or if you think you will visit more than once you can get a membership which then you can get in for free!

New York City is home to some amazing foods. From Italian to Chinese food, you will find almost anything you want to feed your cravings. If you’re craving some good Italian Food, I suggest you visit Manhattans’ Little Italy, which is home to New York’s Italian population, and to some of the best Italian food in the city. If you’re also craving Chinese food, you can go next door to Little Italy, China town, which is where you will find amazing Chinese restaurants to feed your craving.

Another must see in New York is the Statue of Liberty. You can see Lady Liberty by passing her on a boat tour or you can actually book a tour that will take you right to Liberty Island. If you visit New York City, you have to go during Christmas time. And you will have to go see the Rockefeller Tree, the biggest tree in the city. You will also have to stay through New Years, and see the New Years Eve Ball drop. You will also learn a lot on your trip to NYC, as the city holds a lot of history that you will find all over.
